Back in 2011, when our idea to sell our raw milk from the farm gate took off, we had another brainwave. How about making our own artisan cheese?

We embarked on a research tour of the UK and Europe. We learned from some of the world’s finest cheesemakers and purchased 72 beautiful Montbéliarde milking cows from the Jura region of France.

10 years on, our brie-style cheese, Baron Bigod, is gracing the tables of royalty and can be found in some of the finest delis, restaurants and cheese counters in the UK and around the world.
