Our Skyr team travelled to the geothermal farmlands of Iceland to be trained in the art of traditional Skyr making by master Skyr maker, Thorgrimur. The Skyr in this pot is our own interpretation, a fusion of an iconic Icelandic staple and good Suffolk grass. Made from the fresh morning milk of our free ranging Montbeliarde herd.
400g litres of our natural handmade farmhouse skyr yoghurt.
STORAGE AND INGREDIENTS:
Refrigerate immediately on delivery.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in fridge and once defrosted, do not refreeze.
