Baron Bigod Cheese:

A baby sized (approximately 250g) version of our farmhouse Brie style cheese, handmade at Fen Farm from our own grass-fed Montbeliarde cows milk (pasteurised). STICHELTON BLUE:

Size Approx 200-230g per wedge. A soft and crumbly blue which melts in the mouth.

Made with raw cow’s milk.

LINCOLNSHIRE POACHER:

Size approx 200-220g per wedge. A creamy but punchy cheese. Combining the best elements of a West Country Cheddar and an Alpine hard cheese.
