What’s included

Baron Bigod

Handmade from the warm morning’s milk of our Montbéliarde cows, using traditional pelle-a-brie ladles and a cave-like ageing process.

Stichelton

Made with raw milk, this British Blue is a staple for any cheeseboard. Made on the same site as where the cows are milked in Welbeck, Nottinghamshire.

Lincolnshire-Poacher

Lincolnshire Poacher

A creamy and punchy cheese, a cross between a Comte and a West Country cheddar, made in Alford, Lincolnshire

St Jude

Made using Fen Farm Dairy’s raw cow’s milk, this lactic cheese will dance on your tase buds.

St Helena

Made using Fen Farm Dairy’s raw cows milk, this is a smooth and delicate cheese perfect for a winter cheeseboard.

Crackers and Jelly

Mellis Buttermilk crackers using Fen Farm buttermilk and a medlar jelly from East gate Larder in Norfolk.
