A soft brie-style cheese made here at Fen Farm by Jonny Crickmore and the team, from the warm mornings milk of our happy Montbeliarde cows. Baron Bigod has a smooth, silky golden breakdown which will often ooze out over a delicate, fresh and citrussy centre. Flavours of warm earth, farmyard and mushrooms, with occasional notes of citrus and truffle.

Our super heavy cultured cream is handmade here on our Suffolk farm from the cream of our free-ranging Montbeliarde cows.

Our Skyr team travelled to the geothermal farmlands of Iceland to be trained in the art of traditional Skyr making. The Skyr in these little glass pots is made here on our Suffolk farm using skimmed milk. It is virtually fat free and loaded with protein.
