Truffled Baron Bigod Cheese
A whole baby wheel (approximately 250g) of our Baron Bigod cheese with a layer of our own mascarpone, infused with the finest black truffles.
Ingredients: Cow’s milk, mascarpone, salt, animal rennet. 80% Baron Bigod, 20% Truffle Mascarpone (of which 3% is truffle, 97% mascarpone).

St jude 95g wheel
A soft, raw milk cheese handmade here at Fen Farm Dairy by Julie Cheyney and Blake Bowden. Delicate, wrinkled, buttery and full-flavoured with an edible rind.
Ingredients: Raw cow’s milk, salt, rennet and starter cultures.

St helena 110g wedge
A semi-soft washed rind cheese made by Blake Bowden and Julie Cheyney, here at Fen Farm Dairy. St. Helena is washed with brine to encourage the native flora from the raw milk and the beautiful pink rind. Buttery with subtle soured milk/earthy/farmyard flavours.
Ingredients: Raw cow’s milk, salt, rennet and starter cultures.

EASTGATE LARDER MEDLAR JELLY
A perfectly rich and sweet Medlar Jelly, handmade in Norfolk by Eastgate Larder. Ideal with cheese as an alternative to quince jelly.
Ingredients: medlar juice, sugar, lemon. Net weight 100g.

MELLIS WHOLEMEAL BUTTERMILK CRACKERS
Savoury crackers hand-baked in the Scottish Highlands by Mellis Cheese, using Fen Farm Dairy raw cultured buttermilk.
Ingredients: Wholemeal wheat flour (57%), Buttermilk (25%), Butter (Milk) (17%), Sea Salt. May contain tree nuts. Net weight – 125g.
