Stichelton

A raw milk blue cheese from the Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire. Juicy acidity and toasty, biscuity notes toward the rind are the hallmarks of Stichelton. Flavours from crisp green apple right through to beef stock umami.

Stichelton minimum weight 200g

Due to the handmade nature of the cheeses, sizes and weights will vary.

STORAGE: Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.

If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
