STICHELTON BLUE:

Size Approx 245g per wedge. Made with raw milk. A soft and crumbly blue which melts in the mouth.

LINCOLNSHIRE POACHER:

Size approx 200-220g per wedge. A creamy but punchy cheese. A cross of a west country cheddar and a Comte.
