A whole large wheel (approximately 3kg) of our traditional farmhouse Brie style cheese, handmade at Fen Farm from our own grass-fed Montbeliarde cows milk (pasteurised). Your cheese will be hand wrapped in wax paper and packed in its own beautiful wooden box. For more info about our farm and cheese, click here.
Tasting notes: Warm milky flavours, notes of mushrooms, earth and farmyard with a nutty rind.
Cheese sizes and weights:
Large cheese: approx. 30cm dia./ Minimum weight 2.6kg.
Due to the handmade nature of the cheeses, sizes and weights will vary.
STORAGE: Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, animal rennet.
