Cheese sizes and weights:
Wedge: approx. weight 180g.
Due to the handmade nature of the cheeses, sizes and weights will vary slightly.
STORAGE: Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
