Truffled Baron Bigod Cheese

A whole baby wheel (approximately 250g) of our Baron Bigod cheese with a layer of our own milk mascarpone, infused with the finest black truffles. Your cheese will be hand wrapped in wax paper and packed in its own beautiful wooden box. For more info about our farm and cheese, click here.

Tasting notes: Fine black truffles warm milky flavours, notes of mushrooms, earth and farmyard with a nutty rind.

Cheese sizes and weights:

Baby Bigod: approx. 11cm dia./ Minimum weight 250g.

Due to the handmade nature of the cheeses, sizes and weights will vary.

STORAGE: Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.

If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, cultured cream, truffle, salt, animal rennet. 80% Baron Bigod, 20% Truffle Cultured Cream (of which 3% is truffle, 97% cultured cream)
